Green Innovators
Small, noble acts by the ordinary me’s and you’s of the planet can save its blues and greens of the lands and seas. We’ll save ourselves, together with as many of the Earth’s varied inhabitants as we can squeeze into this Ark headed for our future. The Green Revolution will turn on new personal habits and private decisions to waste less, recycle more, share what we have, disdain what we don’t need, and protect (by cherishing) the private natural realms that surround each of us most closely – even when we’re in the middle of the world’s biggest cities. Still, all this private good can get a little lonely, and that’s when we need the inspiration we get from the acts and initiatives of courageous, creative international leaders in the environmental movement – the Green Innovators.
